It started in a McDonald’s parking lot… waiting on a curbside order.

I’m a long-time real estate broker. My son is a 14-year-old computer whiz. Somewhere between “your order is being prepared” and “we should’ve just gone inside,” we asked a simple question:

Could we build a real business using AI… with almost no experience in the space?

Not a gimmick. Not a one-off experiment.
A real, functioning, profitable business.

• And at the very least… make enough to cover startup costs
