We take our coffee seriously… but not much else.

That said, if something’s off with your order, we’ll make it right.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Because coffee is a consumable product, we don’t accept returns on opened bags (we can’t exactly resell them… and that would be weird).

But if there’s an issue, we’ve got you.

💥 If Something Went Wrong

We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your coffee is defective (rare, but hey… chaos happens)

☕ Didn’t Love the Flavor?

We get it—taste is personal.

While we don’t offer refunds for flavor preferences, we still want you to enjoy your coffee. Shoot us a message and we’ll do our best to recommend something more your speed.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked delivered, it’s out of our hands (literally).

If your package goes missing:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier first
  • Then reach out—we’ll help however we can

💸 Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for it to show up.
